Getting Started with BrainSpace

Welcome to BrainSpace

BrainSpace is the shared productivity app for couples, roommates, and collaborators. It brings your calendars, reminders, and contacts into one place — organized by the spaces of your life.

Create Your First Space

A Space is a color-coded area of your life — like Home, Work, Health, or a Side Project. Each Space can hold tasks, notes, events, and plans.

  1. Open BrainSpace and tap the Spaces tab
  2. Tap + New Space
  3. Give it a name and pick a color
  4. Start adding tasks and notes

Invite Someone

Spaces are private by default. When you’re ready to share:

  1. Open a Space
  2. Tap the share icon
  3. Send an invite to your partner, roommate, or collaborator

They’ll see the Space in their BrainSpace app. Everything stays on-device — your shared brain never leaves your phone.

What’s Next?

  • Calendar: See your tasks and events on a unified timeline
  • Bo: Ask your on-device AI assistant for help organizing
  • Flows: Start a focused work session with your tasks
